As my friend Chastee's parents have always frequented and raved about this Chinese Resto called Toho, we ( me, Doris, Chas and Nona) decided to try their dishes.
We were kinda lost going there at T. Pinpin St.. I thought we were going at the heart of Ongpin as most of the chinese restos are there.. We sought the help of 2 policemen we encountered along the way. At last, clear directions were given and we made it to this place called TOHO, (one of the oldest chinese restaurants since 1888), tired and famished! sigh...........
